I have been using Ricoh Media driver (version 4.0.100.1189) of sp45112.exe on Windows 10 64-bit and all has been working fine! Then a Windows 10 update (major or not,don't know exactly) stopped proper function of SD card reader. The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the W7 driver for the card reader system which includes the Ricoh Bay 8 Controller. This package contains the Ricoh Media Card Reader Driver for the supported notebook models and operating systems.On the login screen of Quick Card Authentication, hold the IC card or smart device over the control panel. Hold the IC card in the same orientation indicated on the label of the card reader. Hold the smart device over the control panel after performing the following steps.Support & Downloads.
