If this is only happening in Xbox app then try first resetting it at Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Xbox Live > Advanced Options > Reset. Restart PC, if it persists then go back to same place to Uninstall app. Restart PC, go into Microsoft Store settings > My Library to reinstall the app.
