The chipless tags have been designed using CST Microwave Design Studio and printed on the Roger RT 5880 substrate. Chipless RFID tags are a relatively new form of radio-frequency identification (RFID) technology that is used in supply chain management. Chipless RFID tags have several advantages over traditional RFID tags, such as lower cost and greater read range. In addition, the identifiers (IDs) generated by existing chipless RFID tags are small, deterministic, and clonable.
